My 3rd blade, good as always & win 11 sucks as always
This is the 3rd blade laptop I bought since 2021, build quality is very solid, the screen is beautiful, keyboard/trackpad feel great. Imo razer blades fit better as fun gadgets and supportive machines rather than someone’s primary/only computer. I have to mention that, setup for this particular machine took more than half an hour due to windows update, which never happened to my other blades but they came with win10 anyway, if the loading circle/animation isn’t stuck, you’d better leave it there until everything is settled. Another advice is to uninstall most of the AI components come with win11’s updates, otherwise they’ll eat up most of the ram and drain more power.

Simple and sweet
That’s excellent laptop. No lags on maxed graphics. any games at all.

Two out of two units defective
Bought two Razer laptops. Both were defective out of the box.Constant black screen/login loops, system instability during Windows setup, random lockups, and extremely poor Wi-Fi performance compared to other devices on the same network. This happened before installing any software. At $2k per unit, this is unacceptable. A 100% failure rate across two machines points to serious quality control issues.Returned both. Do not recommend.

Awesome
Very rarely do you find a Windows laptop with the same level of build quality and materials as a MacBook. This is exactly one of those cases. It handles its job perfectly, lets me both play games and work comfortably. The cooling system works really well: even when playing heavy titles like Battlefield V or Cyberpunk, it doesn’t get excessively hot.

Great overall. Excellent for gaming. Software is meh.
A well made laptop with a nice keyboard and trackpad. Fans kick in a little more often than I would like especially when doing very little. The work around is to change performance modes but these modes are unavailable when running on battery, you’re forced to use Balanced. It ran ARC Raiders exceptionally well at I could get around 60fps running at 1200p resolution with Epic settings. If I utilized NVIDIA DLSS 4 then these speeds would go over 100fps with almost no loss in quality. To be honest I was quite amazed at how well NVIDIA DLSS 4 works. The GPU only has 8gb of RAM which might not sound like a lot, but I think DLSS will help keep this running the latest games for a good few years, it’s *that* good. The only real let down for me is in the software. Razer’s suite of software feels a little spammy with lots of upselling and installing multiple storefronts and apps when they’re not really needed (Razer Axon, Razer Cortex, Razer Chroma etc.). The THX Spatial Audio did not work at all, it just says “THX Stereo” and there’s no way to change it. And the aforementioned software limitation when running on battery is weird; I should be able to run in Silent mode (lowest power) when on battery doing basic stuff.Overall, a nice machine.

Got on sale, a steal for prices nowadays
So far so good with the item, I was searching for a quality built laptop with more than decent specs and this one is delivering on both ends, bought it on the recent sale so every penny seems to be worthy so far.

Great thin & light laptop
Compact and the OLED screen is impressive, windows hello is a plusInstability resolves after reinstalling windows, as always windows 11 sucksOne of the best thing is that without using the 5070 I can charge the laptop with a 65w charger, and the battery life unexpectedly good when compared to my old laptop MSI Cyborg 14 A13UDX

Solid price point, small form factor, great build, and has no issues motoring through any game I throw at it. After years of issues with cooling in gaming laptops (in the industry as a whole; Alienware, ROG, etc), Razer has hands down achieved what was thought impossible. No throttling, and the few areas that do get hot under load do not make the system unusable as a lot of other gaming laptops do. The system fans don’t sound like an aircraft either. Powerful enough to run an ultra-wide monitor (49”), with at least 60FPS on AAA games running on high graphics detail. Battery life is what you’d expect from a gaming laptop, you’ll want a power source, but having the ability to charge it from a USBC charger as an option in addition to the manufacturers charger is a great feature. I thought the 8gb memory on the video card might be an issue, but I was running full 27B AI local language models on it for some benchmarking and it had absolutely no issues processing the tokens at fast speeds. Additionally I did some testing with Linux, specifically from a penetration testing perspective, and the wifi card works for injection and paired with the onboard GPU was able to crack passwords at a very reasonable rate (600k+/s for hashtype 23000 [WPA/PMKID] and 60B+/s for hash type 1000 [NTLM]). From a very small portable laptop, this is insane.Great gaming rig, workstation, code development, hacking rig, and overall productivity machine.

Oh man… I really wanted this laptop to work. It’s really nice and did everything I wanted, but unfortunately, it’s a dud—just my luck. I was really starting to enjoy this laptop. 😞It took me over a week to fully set it up and resolve all the driver issues, audio glitches, crackling, and desync problems. Everything was working great until tonight. I was just turning off YouTube for the night when I noticed pixelation on the screen. I thought I was imagining things, so I rebooted—and guess what? The same thing happened. I tried once more, and then a pop-up appeared, after which the laptop shut off and displayed this error:> “New CPU installed / fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or structure changed.”Nothing works, and I can’t boot in. I’m extremely disappointed.

The battery drains too fast, the trackpad isn’t working correctly.less than five hours out of the box it keeps restarting by itself. All the updates were installed. Ram is always around 90% usage even with everything closed.I didn’t even install the first game yet.Razer software is not optimised, eats 2 gigs of ram by itself. The reliability of this blade 14 is doubtful, I gave it the benefice of the doubt and it did let me down.Too bad because the keyboard is the best I ever used on a laptop, the screen is bright with beautiful colors and the chassis is very premium. But I think the cons overweight the pros by a lot.

First coming back to PC after many years with Mac, this was good option to go with. The all metal frame maintains the same build quality I’m used to with Mac but now with gaming capabilities!
