Pretty good impulse purchase
I bought the Air 3s glasses as an impulse purchase but it has been so worth it! The glasses are so light that it doesn’t feel like it is a burden to wear them. The glasses are pretty much plug and play and are easy to use with a laptop. I still have an older iPhone so I can’t connect my phone to it, but I just set up some movie or show on my laptop, close the lid, sit back and enjoy the movie on the glasses. The displays are super nice because the OLED displays make for some deep blacks that make movies super fun to watch. I only wish that the mirror reflecting the screen was slightly bigger because I typically use it at night when I am about to sleep and don’t really care for seeing through the glasses. But other than that, the glasses are great!

Good products, good prices
The Ray Neo 3s is the best AR glasses I ever had. It is much better than Meta Quest 3, and much more reasonable price than Apple vision pro. I strong recommned that for the scenarios including, business travel, lunch break, afterwork relaxing, and watch short videos on coach or bed. The frames are clean and clear which bonding with head. It would be fun on the way for round trip (if you are not the driver, haha). I will try to use that on the airplane next time. BTW, i am still waiting for my prescription lenses.

Great value for the price, see if it fits your needs
The definition on these glasses is very sharp, they feel light compared to other glasses (as someone with a large head, I also appreciate that they fit snugly, but without feeling too tight) and although there is some heat buildup, it’s not as drastic as other glasses. I am light sensitive, so after a few hours of wearing them, I do have to take a break because the lowest brightness setting is still pretty bright compared to my phone and other screens. Rather than AR that integrates your screen with your physical surroundings (which other glasses do through 3DoF), the air 3s functions more as a static display, although you are able to see through the bottom half of the glasses, and tilt your head upwards to see your physical environment. I bought these to use with my phone, steam deck, and surface pro, all of which have USB-C display capabilities, and I was able to plug-and-play. I originally wanted to use this as a productivity booster, giving me a screen larger than my laptop’s so I’d be able to multitask on multiple windows, as well as for more immersive gaming. Unfortunately, the screen being static makes it harder to spend extended amounts of time reading documents or playing games that use the whole screen because because 1. you have to keep your vision locked on the portion of screen you’re reading, rather than being able to move your head/body and change the angle you’re focusing your eyes on, causing eye strain; and 2. depending on how you angle your glasses, you usually can’t see both the top and bottom edges of the screen, so you have to choose for either have the top or bottom half be blurry / less visible.Overall, these are very good glasses, in the past week I’ve owned this, I mainly use it for streaming through my phone, as well as trying to use it as the main display for my laptop. Although they can’t really compare to competitors when it comes to using these for productivity, the Air 3s is excellent for entertainment with its high quality display while costing less than half of its competitors’ glasses.

Very Slow to I get company support offered refund then refused blaming me
Well these worked great for a couple weeks then started to glitch one eye quit working then quit turning on at all so I contacted ray neo after a week of waisted time they finally sent me a shipping label 10/17/25 I immediately sent them to company along with tracking # and have gotten several emails dragging out the process even longer we will see if this company does the right thing after sending a faulty product in the first place so far I’m very disappointed with there customer support very slow to help this review will continue after the company corrects this issue . And I did every test and check that they asked of me so we’ll see ? Update Nov 1st 2025 well the company offered me a refund then refused to follow through ? I’m very disappointed in Ray neo very shady seller go with any other seller there are many on here just avoid Ray Neo if customer service matters to you when they quit working.

As advertised, good value for money.
Great product, not perfect, audio is just ok, for general use. Picture quality is excellent, it would be nice to have the darkening function of other more expensive glasses. The cord is the one thing aspect that needs improvement. It’s already customized for the glasses, but the material its made of has a memory, and that makes using it annoying, finding one with the angles adapter, memory free, and able to transmit the data needed will be challenging, something I noticed the more expensive units I tried didn’t have a solution for either. Works easily with my pcs that have usb4 or better ports, samsung s24 works great but have to get used to using dex and manually switching audio to headset, iPhone works good flawlessly according to my buddy, but that’s second hand as I dont use apple products. My daughter loves using them with her Switch too.

200 inch picture is a bit overhyped
Kind of cool, but a bit overhyped. The glasses advertise a 200″ inch screen from a 20 foot distance. In practice, this like having an 11 inch iPad from about a foot away. The picture was pretty good. The audio was decent, but you really need headphones if you are going to use these on a plane. The frames were comfortable. I just didn’t feel the need to carry another piece of tech on an airplane, that really didn’t provide a significant difference in picture size than an ipad sitting in front of you.
