Love my Rain-X wipers
My previous Rain-X wipers lasted me around 3 + years. Granted, I live in sunny California where it hardly rains, but it does exceed 100F + temps in the summer and I frequently use them to remove the dust before driving out. These were super easy to install although I did have a “senior” moment at first as I was making it harder on myself than I need to lol. Amazon projected the correct sizes for my vehicle and they fir perfectly. Something I always struggle to remember but was nice to not to have to think about it.My previous ones were the same version as these and they worked wonderfully when needing to clear the window. Doesn’t streak and leaves a clear field of view behind. Been a fan of Rain-X products for many years now. High quality and very durable for their wiper blades and they compliment very nicely with the window cleaner solution.HIGHLY recommend these if you are in need of new wipers. Having purchased the Rain-X WeatherBeater Wiper Blade (20″) recently, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. For those of us who prefer these traditional-style blades over beam blades, they are a solid choice. I’ve often found that beam blades tend to concentrate their pressure at the edges, sometimes leading to streaks and water trails in the center of the windshield. These WeatherBeaters, on the other hand, provide a more consistent pressure across the blade, resulting in a cleaner and more thorough wipe.The fact that they “Meet Or Exceed OEM Quality And Durability Standards” also gives peace of mind regarding their longevity. Great Blades – Get These!
The RainX Wiper Blade is a first rate, top quality product. My application was on a “J hook” style wiper arm. Installation was as simple as sliding the old worn-out blades off each arm, and snapping the new ones on. Highly recommend. They came very well boxed / packaged as well. This will always be my “go-to” brand. Very durable and last several years.

Reliable product
Rain X makes good, reliable products. These work great to clear the rain and snow, however, despite being the right size for my car, they leave about a 5 inch high swath at the bottom of the windshield between the two wipers that doesn’t get cleared. It doesn’t affect my view. Not sure why as this didn’t happen with the pair I took off (don’t know the brand). They go on super easy. I wish they had a three piece set. I had to buy a different brand for the rear wiper because a 13″ wasn’t available in this brand on Amazon.

After looking/trying multiple brands, this one is the one you want. Easy to install (you can even look up an installation video). Doesn’t make any noise and it’s the best set of wipers I’ve bought. I needed to replace my 3 year old wiper blades on my 2018 Ford F150. Those were the top of the line Rain-X and my truck is parked out in the open year around. Since I don’t drive it much, I opted for the basic level this time around. The first time I used the new blades, I was not disappointed. Rain-X is my preferred blades for a reason. The performance, build quality, and ease of installation is superb. They are plain in appearance. They provide a smooth wipe every time. The price here on Amazon was much cheaper than my local market. I highly recommend these.

Missing a part.
Did not fit as stated because i have j hook arms and only had adapter for pin type. Fortunately I was able to remove adapter and use my adapter from my old rain x blades. Other than that the blades work great.

Buying these “wiper blades” was the first time I’ve replaced blades on a modern car with this particular system of blade design. On my earlier cars it was just a long thin strip of rubber that (sometimes with two thin strips of steel support down each side) that one would reply.I was suspicious at the whole idea of needing to reply a the entire metal blade holder just to get new wipers. In my ignorance I ordered these new Rain-X “blades”. I’m happy with the new blades, in that they perfectly, no noice, perfectly remove the water, etc. I can’t comment on the longevity, as I’ve only had them on a few days.BUT HERE’S THE CATCH. This is daylight robbery. It’s a huge waste of money and resources. How on Earth did the automotive industry get away with making car owners replace the entire blade holder (which is very solidly made out of steal), which is perfectly fine, just to get a tiny little strip of new rubber?It’s the equivalent of having to change the entire wheel (hub and all) every time you need a new tire. That would never be acceptable.After cringing at the fact I was now the owner of wasteful and expensive wiper blade arms / holders that have little purpose except to go into landfill, I did some digging around. Yes, thankfully, It is possible to buy just the rubber (or silicone) strip, and install it into an existing blade arm / holder. One option I see here on Amazon goes for around AU$22 for 4 (https://amzn.to/460FYe6). They are referred to as “wiper REFILLS”. Failing to put “refill” into the search will likely result in only seeing expensive full blade and blade holder replacements like this product from Rain-X.Welcome to the world of car part scams and cons, for the ignorant (as I was).
